Booking cancellation	The hotel offers both guaranteed and non-guaranteed reservations. For guaranteed reservations, the hotel will hold the room until the official check-out time on the day following the scheduled arrival date. In the event of late cancellation, delayed arrival or no-show, a charge for room downtime will apply, not exceeding the cost of one night’s accommodation. For non-guaranteed reservations, the hotel will hold the booking until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, after which the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time. If this deadline is not observed, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the first night’s accommodation will be charged. Certain rate plans may be subject to special cancellation and amendment conditions, which are specified at the time of booking and must be accepted by the guest.
Accommodation with Children	Children under 12 years of age may stay in the room free of charge when using the existing bedding. Extra beds are available at an additional charge in accordance with the hotel’s current rates. The availability and cost of an extra bed depend on the room category and are confirmed at the time of booking. A baby cot may be provided upon request and subject to availability.

Reservations at Lastochkiny Gory Hotel may be made via the official website, by telephone, by email, at the reception desk, or through authorised booking partners. A reservation is considered valid only once it has been confirmed by the hotel.
