    The Lastochkiny Gory Hotel Loyalty Programme has been created for guests who choose to stay with us time and again.
    It is our way of expressing gratitude for your trust and making each future stay even more comfortable and personal.

    Participation in the loyalty programme is free of charge and available to all hotel guests.

    How to Join the Programme

    To join the loyalty programme, guests simply need to register — the process takes only a few minutes. Registration is available both during booking and throughout the stay at the hotel.

    Immediately after registration, guests are assigned the basic membership level and gain access to the first programme privileges.

    Level 1 — “Welcome”

    The basic level of participation in the loyalty programme.

    Assigned automatically to all guests upon registration.

    Benefits include:

    • a 2% accommodation discount for direct bookings made via the hotel’s official website;
    • priority updates on hotel special offers and news.

    This level is our welcome and the beginning of our acquaintance.

    Level 2 — “Home from Home”

    A level for guests who have stayed at the hotel for 10 nights or more.

    Benefits include:

    • room category upgrade subject to availability;
    • complimentary late check-out until 4:00 p.m., subject to room availability on the day of departure.

    This level is intended for guests who already know the hotel well and continue to choose us for their stays.

    Level 3 — “Among Friends”

    A level for our most loyal guests — those who have stayed at the hotel for 25 nights or more.

    Benefits include:

    • a 3% accommodation discount for direct bookings;
    • priority room category upgrades subject to availability;
    • a welcome compliment from the hotel upon arrival;
    • the option to have breakfast served in the room at no additional charge (instead of the buffet breakfast);
    • complimentary late check-out until 4:00 p.m., subject to availability.

    At this level, the service becomes truly personalised: we take into account the guest’s stay history and personal preferences.

    General Programme Terms

    • Membership level is determined automatically based on the guest’s stay history.
    • All privileges are provided subject to the hotel’s occupancy level and technical availability.
    • Loyalty programme discounts apply only to direct bookings made via the hotel’s official website.
    • The loyalty programme cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers unless otherwise stated.
    • The hotel reserves the right to amend the programme terms, benefits and membership levels with prior notice to guests.
